No. Everyone is tired of subscriptions, and it is easy to forget what you are paying for. Nohli does not require a monthly subscription. Your device uses Nohli's API access, so you can take study pictures as much as you want. If you prefer, you can use your own API key; in that case, your API provider may bill you for picture requests. This option is covered in the tutorial.

Orders normally take up to one week to assemble, configure, test, and fulfill. During periods of high order volume, fulfillment may take up to one and a half weeks. Shipping time begins after fulfillment, and the estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.

You need compatible 1.2V rechargeable AAA batteries and a stable WiFi connection. Batteries are not included with any Nohli calculator and must be purchased separately. A phone hotspot is recommended because many school and public networks require a browser sign in page that the calculator cannot access. A QR code linking to the full setup tutorial is included inside your package; the tutorial also explains the required 1.2V rechargeable AAA batteries and correct battery installation.

Batteries are not included. The 5MP Camera Calculator lasts approximately two hours, while the Typing Calculator lasts approximately ten hours when using Wenjoop 1.2V 1100 mAh NiMH rechargeable AAA batteries. Battery life may vary with other brands. Do not use 1.5V AAA batteries. Remove one battery when the calculator is not being used to fully shut off the power. Leaving batteries installed overnight or for an extended period may cause an electrical brownout, drain batteries faster, or affect future battery performance. Damage caused by leaving batteries installed for long periods may void warranty or return eligibility.

Performance depends on the problem type, lighting, camera positioning, image clarity, WiFi stability, and remote AI processing. Accuracy typically ranges from about 70% to 90%. Clear and complete photos taken in good lighting provide the best results.

Make sure the entire problem is visible, use bright and even lighting, hold the calculator steady, and allow the autofocus to capture the text clearly. Avoid shadows, glare, blurry images, and cropped questions. Try taking the picture again before contacting support.

The AI may understand and respond to questions in multiple languages, but performance may vary. The calculators have primarily been tested with questions written in English, so accuracy in other languages is not guaranteed.

Use the calculator's ABC keyboard layout to manually enter your question. Once submitted, the calculator connects through WiFi and sends the question for AI processing. Depending on the model, it can return steps, explanations, and a checked final answer or provide a faster answer for quick checking. Responses normally take between 1 and 60 seconds.
