2 Mega Pixel Camera Calculator w/ChatGPT

The 2MP Camera Calculator is the standard camera model, using a simple two megapixel sensor mounted on the middle left of the calculator. It works the same way as the 5MP version in terms of process: when you press TAKE IMAGE, the ESP32 S3 captures the picture as a binary JPEG, converts it to base64 so it can be sent as ASCII text through JSON, and OpenAI decodes it back into the original image for processing. The camera does not have autofocus or a wide lens, so image clarity is more basic compared to the 5MP model, but it is still accurate enough for worksheets, equations, and most clean text. The code still supports settings like saturation, sharpness, denoise, contrast, white balance, brightness, and auto exposure, but the lower resolution sensor limits how much improvement these settings can provide. Functionally it is straightforward: press TAKE IMAGE, hold still, and get your response. 

When you first receive it, you put rechargeable AAA batteries and keep one battery popped out when not in use to fully shut off power to the microcontroller. Also you need a wifi network.
